A senior portrait for J

My little brother, Jake, is graduating this year. Sometimes it is hard to believe! Last weekend I took senior pictures for him, but him being as he is, they didn't turn out so well. I got my first dose of photographing subjects who don't like to SMILE! Here is my favorite from his session:

The O Family

Oops- I am a bit late updating this! Last week I got to shoot the O family, and they are so adorable! J&A are twins, I still remember when their mom was pregnant with them. This was my first family shoot and it went so well! The kids were extremely easy to work with, and they whole family worked really well together. Here are a few favorites from my session!

J&J Engagement

Jaimie has been my best friend since first grade. We have grown with each other, laughed with each other, and cried with each other. We have been through it all: Family troubles, cheerleading tryouts (6x over; once in a wheelchair), my pregnancy and now her engagement. Jaimie & Jordan have been together for SIX years.. how amazing is that?! Here are several of my favorites from her shoot.

J&J Photoshoot

Today I was so lucky to be able to have a session with one of my best friends and her absolutely gorgeous daughter! These two are definitely peas in a pod, not only do they look just alike, they act just alike too (hehe). This session really meant alot to me because I love these girls like my own family, and our kids are about the same age so we get them together often. Here are a few of my favorites!

My first shoot was, of course, my beautiful toddler! I expected him to be extremely tough to shoot like he is at home, but once we got out to the Gardens at TWU he had a blast! Here are a few of my favorite shots.

The Beginning

Hello All! So I've finally got around to making my own blog. Over the next few months you will find a plentiful amount of new shoots, from babies to engagement to weddings! I am still anamateur, so I am offering my services for cheap to help me build my portfolio. I am also going to be shooting several family members, as well as my very best friend will be allowing me to shoot her engagement/bridal portraits!

As you can tell, I'm very excited to get started in this new phase of my life and can't wait to see where it takes me!
